As a church leader, there is no shortage of things that need to be done. The demands of pastoring are myriad, and Sundays come around with alarming regularity. Without intentionality and focus, the most important things–those things that will help the vision God gave you become reality–can take a back burner to “the tyranny of the urgent.”

360intentionality is committed to partnering with pastors and church leaders to make sure the most important things not only get talked about, they actually get done. Each pastor and church is unique, so there are no “cookie-cutter” approaches to our coaching. Coaching is customized to the unique goals and vision of each leader. Coaching engagements typically last between six months and two years, based on your specific needs.
